We recommend a minimum of $110 USD for a smooth experience. Below that, network fees can affect the result. 10m$ is the maximum amout.

Most transfers complete within 12 to 35 minutes. In rare cases, blockchain congestion can extend this slightly, your funds are always safe and trackable with your Order ID.

It's a unique one-session address generated specifically for your order, valid for 3 hours. It is tied to your Order ID and fully safe, the system is 100% non-custodial and processes your funds automatically, with no manual handling. For security reasons, the deposit address can be monitored for 48h.

Fees are tiered: 2% standard, 0.5% for amounts equivalent to 1 BTC or more, and 0.05% above 7 BTC. No hidden charges, no surprises.

No. We do not collect IPs, device data, or user identities. The only data stored is your Order ID and the transaction details needed to process your transfer. Nothing else.

Don't panic. Check your order status on the Track page with your Order ID. If the status shows "in process", your funds are on their way. Our support is available 24/7 via the assistant, your Order ID is all you need.
